Dr. Jarom Hansen is passionate about providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Whether you're visiting for a routine cleaning, restorative treatment, or more advanced dental care, his goal is to make sure you understand your options and feel confident in your treatment.
Dr. Hansen earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He continued his education at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where he earned a Master of Science in Oral Microbiology while completing a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency.
Dr. Hansen spent more than a decade serving as a dentist in the United States Army, caring for patients in a variety of clinical settings. Today, he continues his service as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.
His time in the military helped shape the way he approaches dentistry, with an emphasis on service, integrity, discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail. Those same values continue to guide the way he cares for patients and families at Hansen Dental & Orthodontics.
Dr. Hansen is board-certified by the American Board of General Dentistry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. His advanced training allows him to provide a wide range of dental care, including treatment options for patients dealing with sleep apnea and chronic snoring.
As the founder of Hansen Dental & Orthodontics, Dr. Hansen wanted to create a modern dental practice where patients of all ages could receive personal, thoughtful care. He believes good dentistry starts with listening to patients, clearly explaining their options, and helping them make informed decisions about their dental health.
When he's not in the office, Dr. Hansen enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, staying active outdoors, and being involved in the Cache Valley community.
